ROYAL PALM HOUSE - Luxury Style 3 Bedroom Home On Captiva With Private Pool

We enjoyed staying at the Royal Palm House, Beautiful home well kept. The house is very spacious, the views of the bay were awesome!!. Enjoyed grilling and spending time on the screened-in balcony over looking the bay. We loved waking up and watching the gorgeous sun rise on the bay every morning especially from our balcony off the prime suite. Loved the kitchen it was perfect , a lot of space for cooking meals together. The property and boating dock were awesome for my sons to go fishing off the dock and to kayak on the bay. We saw dolphins swimming in bay. Perfect property for our dogs, a lot of privacy. The Tween Waters Resort and beaches were a big plus The only issue we had was not having private beach access across from us as we always had in the past rentals. It was definitely a great family Vacation and awesome rental..

Property was pretty much as described and shown via pics. The royal palm was perfect for our family of six. Great location. Great week in Captiva.

This property was simply gorgeous, secluded, quiet and huge! Our family (w/ 2 teens) very much enjoyed this beautiful home. The bicycles were a major plus as we usually have to rent those - thank you! The kayak, paddleboard, beach chairs, and beach umbrella were also a great touch! We used them all every day. The pool and deck were immaculate and the landscaping and foliage made for a secluded island experience. The back dock was great for fishing, watching for dolphins and manatees. The property does not have direct beach access, but the bike ride or car ride to Tween Waters was not a hassle at all and we enjoyed the resort. Only small recommendation for management would be to consider stocking the kitchen with a few things that don't need to be replaced often but which guests really need but don't want to purchase on vacation: hand soap, a bottle of all purpose cleanser, dish rags, salt/pepper and maybe just a few basic spices, coffee filters, olive oil. Overall, this place was incredibly beautiful and we had a fantastic vacation!

We had an amazing time at Royal Palm. The house was so nice, the pictures on insta and Sand Caps site do not do the house justice. Having the dock onto the bay was one of our favorite things. We used the dock everyday for fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding. The dolphins would swim right up to the dock!! We caught, snook and various other fish. The fact that the house came fully supplied with beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes made our trips to the beach at Tween waters so easy. Collecting shells at the beach and playing in the warm ocean water was a daily activity for us. The fact that the house had such a nice swimming pool was great for our family since we had 4 kids from ages 2-12 with us. We do beach rentals every summer. We have been to the Jersey shore, Virginia beach and the Outer Banks. They all pale in comparison to Royal Palm. This house was worth every penny we spent. Plus the owners give you beach towels and a nice bottle of wine when you check in!!! Team was helpful and nice

We loved our 2 weeks on Captiva. The property was so private and lush. Exactly what I was expecting only on a larger scale. The team members were all very friendly and cheerful. All of our concerns or requests were made quickly and to our satisfaction.

Loved the property, see previous comments. Called about sink, pool, and one sighting of a bug and seemed to respond quickly, thanks! Sink was still making loud noise, only saw two bugs.

The Royal Palm house was amazing!! The pictures were all accurate. Tons of room to spread out and not be in each others way. The house was very clean, and I would have to say too clean, only because you have to bring or buy all of your kitchen essentials. They do tell you this ahead of time, but it still was surprising that nothing is there, maybe they are required to throw it all away between rentals. Anyway the views of the channel off the decks are excellent! We rented kayaks and had the dock to tie off. Great to be able to kayak the channel anytime we wanted. We also rented bikes for the week so we rode everywhere. The location is nice, its out of town but you can bike easily to the restaurants. The pool in front was perfect for a quick dip to relax. We would love to get back for another visit! Check in was very easy. The staff was very friendly and we were able to check in a few hours early.
