The fully air-conditioned Villa Weiss is located in the southeast of Cape Coral on a wide, quiet canal. You can easily launch your rented boat by means of our boat lift. If you take a boat down the Fermi Channel you will be on the Caloosahatchee River within 15 minutes. On the way to the Gulf of Mexico you can admire the beautiful flora and fauna of Florida. Here you will cross paths with dolphins, manatees and pelicans. You are also more than welcome to take our 2-man kayak through the mangroves at Four Mile Cove Ecological Preserve. Besides the various possibilities to explore Cape Coral and the surrounding area by water, you are also welcome to use the bicycles provided in the house to explore the area by land.brbrThe villa has a spacious floor plan. As soon as you enter the villa, you have a wonderful view right through the living room, across the pool, to the wide channel.brOn the left side of the house is the master bedroom and master bath with walk-in XL shower and bathtub. The three other bedrooms with their corresponding two bathrooms are on the right side of the house. The living room, kitchen with quartz island and counters as well as the dining area are located in the center of the house. Of course each bedroom has its own LED TV. The living room has a large flat screen with DVD - player and Bose sound system.brA laundry room with washer and dryer is also available. brIn the lanai area, which faces south, our large outdoor kitchen with grill and two cook tops awaits you.
