Upon entering there is a formal living room and two nice sized bedrooms. These bedrooms are separated by a guest bath that offers a tub/shower combo. One bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and the other guest room offers 2 twin beds (bunkbed) and a twin a trundle. From the living room you have a flowing, open concept that allows you to see through to the water as you enter the custom kitchen and wet bar. The wet bar is adjacent to the family room which offers tons of natural light and views of the pool/spa and canal. The owner's retreat is just off the family room and offers a king-sized bed, ensuite bathrooms and a view of the canal.
