Located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Anna Maria Island beaches, IMG Academy, walking trails, parks, shopping, and restaurants!brbrBoth homes are newly updated with coastal decor and guests love the high ceilings and natural light that floods the home. Most of the rooms in each home flow directly to the screened pool/outdoor space. Each home has an electric fireplace, garage game room, washer/dryer, and updated kitchens with granite countertops, full-size stainless appliances, a beverage fridge, and everything you need to cook, bake, and grill. Included for your use are a gas grill, coolers, beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys and games. Guests are welcomed to the home with a few samples of local coffee, tea, and hotel-sized toiletries to start your stay.
