Sunshine Oasis 2 With Heated Saltwater Pool Just Minutes to Gulf Beaches

I liked the location of the house, it is close to the beach, the place is comfortable and quiet. What I did not like is having to wait until 4 in the afternoon to occupy the house, especially since we traveled from far away and when we arrived we wanted to rest. For the rest, everything was excellent, we thank the owners for all the facilities that we enjoyed during our stay in Florida. Thank you so much.

The property was exquisite; however, it would have been most convenient if at least one (1) lounge chair was in the two (2) large bedrooms. Our overall expectations were met even though we had some minor hiccups with the HVAC system. Thanks, Chris & Sherry

Much better than the pictures show! Lovely decor. Immaculate and warm. The pool is perfect and we stayed on the outdoor porch.

What stood out to me at this property was the communication from the host. We were asked the day after we got there how we were doing and if needed anything. Quick to respond when asked questions. The house was extremely clean. I’m very picky about this and very impressed. Quiet neighborhood. The location is great. Close to everything. Minutes from Anna Maria Island/beaches. The pool was fantastic. My daughter and her friend loved it!! It was great for our trip. Highly recommend!

Affordable place- convenient to AMI Beach, Lido key beach and many more. House came stocked with amenities. Host Chris brought us a highchair and pack n play for our 8 mo old. House was clean and felt safe in the neighborhood!

The host was great and stayed in communication when needed. The home was beautiful and very clean.

We had a great time. The hosts were so gracious. The home was cozy and warm. Decorated nicely. Pool was big and it was heated. Used the barbque and all the facilities. Great neighborhood. Great summer stay! My husband, 8-year-old daughter, my parents and I stayed in this house for a week in July. We enjoyed swimming in the pool each day, and the proximity to the beaches (15 minutes to Coquina Beach). Any kind of shopping you need is very close by, along with a great selection of restaurants. Really appreciate the house supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, dish and laundry soap, etc.). Beds were comfortable, and it was great being able to park the car in the garage to stay cooler. We had a lovely stay and would recommend to anyone in the area. Beyond impressed with this rental. Stocked with everything you need for a pool day & a beach day. House is so clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook. Perfect set up. Had an amazing weekend with my family. Likely going to rent again. Great location. Every room has a TV which is nice. Beds are super comfortable

The family loved the house and the pool! It was extremely clean and the posting was accurate. We used the grill everyday. The last night we got fresh seafood from Cortez Fish Market and grilled everything. The kitchen was well stocked, better than we imagined. Already looking to book again or at one of their other properties. Check in and check out were hassle free. Wonderful,responsive hosts.

This was our family’s first trip to Sarasota. The house was fantastic. It was clean, well stocked so we could prepare meals and the proximity to Anna Maria Island was great. The enclosed pool was a perfect way to end the day for our kids.
