Quiet beach cottage with SPA near Anna Maria Island and IMG, downtown

Place was very clean, had some charging blocks for electronics. Laundry and kitchen had all necessities.Very quiet area.

The main part of the house was good. Unfortunately, the “sun room “ had a terrible musty, moldy oder, we had to leave it closed the whole time we were there.

Nice neighborhood. Private yard with inflatable jacuzzi. Spacious. Comfortable bed.

We stay the whole month of January at this property. For a short stay it’s a great option!Pros:-Hot tub was great. Had to buy a new filter as it shuts off if the filter gets too dirty-Nice quiet & pretty neighborhood-Several places to sit and enjoy/eat outside-Plenty of towels & toilet paper-Short walk to the riverfront-Park nearby-Good location to restaurants, shopping, etc-Comfortable bed-New gas grill was nice-TV allowed us to log into all our streaming platforms Cons-No dishwasher, we bought paper plates to cut down on washing dishes -Small kitchen. Not a big deal if you aren’t cooking much-Not a lot of kitchen supplies/dishes for a long stay. -Some pillows need replacing -Washing machine has a strong odor(so does the water here so it’s likely from standing water in hoses)Doesn’t make the clothes smell but you can’t leave door open or you smell it-Shower has no door/curtain just a glass wall halfway. We found it to be chilly and water got on the floor. We used a cheap shower liner to create a “door”-Tub is slippery, need a mat or non slip strips-Water pressure and temp could be better-Not a lot of storage for clothes (not a big deal for short trips) and guest room closet is not accessible due to the bed blocking the closet door-Need some light blankets for the beds as the duvet was too thick to really use-Keypad entry would be preferred. Getting to the right key when it’s dark and your hands are full isn’t ideal-Need more lamps in all the rooms

The house was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor space was great. The location was convenient for the baseball field as well as restaurants and shopping.

The cottage was perfect for our stay in Bradenton! Extremely clean, updated and provided everything you need. Excellent location to Lecom and other areas that we visited during our trip. Highly recommend

Stay was very relaxing and peaceful. Loved the hot tub and close to Anna Marie and IMG. Enjoyed our stay.
