It has a king bed, pullout couch, full kitchen and a large bathroom with garden bath tub. There is basic cable, WiFi, washer and dryer in unit and utilities included in the rental price. No pets and No smoking.brbrThe condo is at the Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with beach chairs included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and covered parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it’s first come first serve but space for everyone. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbor. There is an elevator and stairs. The view outside your room is Mainly trees and the condo next door but there is ocean view through the trees.brbrYouTube Tortuga Inn - Anna Maria Island if you are not familiar with the resort for videos. Seats 10 total with additional chairs for large groups in the villa. The living room is very spacious with a sectional couch. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv with a private entrance onto the covered balcony. The Master bathroom has a double vanity sink and a large closet with a walk in shower that has dual shower heads and a jacuzzi bath tub.
