A large screened balcony off the master bedroom and main living area will supply you with quiet down time and morning sunrises. There is also a spiral staircase off the balcony for convenient access to the crystal clean, heated swimming pool. This condo first floor (US), ground floor (UK)has had major improvements! The condo was completely remodeled in 2025 including the kitchen, with brand new dishwasher, stove, sink with food disposal, new stone counter tops and furniture. The remodelled bathroom features a large walk-in shower, new (higher level) sanitary ware and is newly tiled. There is a new washer-dryer, one of the few one bedroom condos with this facility. The entire condo has been re-decorated with new sofa and living room furniture including a new flat screen TV. brThe bedroom (with a king size bed) overlooks the fountain in the lake and sliding doors open out to the outdoor area. There is generous wardrobe space between the bedroom and the bathroom. The living room also has sliding doors to the outdoor area.Flooring has been replaced in July 2025brFree internet and phone calls to cell and landlines in US and Canada. The pool at Runaway Bay is the largest pool on the island and is complete with loungers and umbrellas.brThere are many beautiful golf courses . Anna Maria Island is far removed from the over commercialised area of Florida and has a relaxed atmosphere; the Island and Islanders are extremely warm and welcoming. An unforgettable holiday.brThe gorgeous sandy Gulf of Mexico beach is across the road with Runaway Bay's own private access.
