**** GREAT LOCATION 3 BLKS TO BEACH!! Anna Maria Island

We had a great stay. The unit was very clean and Nora responded quickly to any questions. It is a very short walk to the beach and several restaurants. We would definitely love to stay again in the future.

This was our first time here and couldn’t of asked for a better spot to stay in. The apartment was perfect and had everything we needed ,not to mention we were able to walk everywhere since we didn’t have a car. The trolley was convenient to have as well at the end of the street.Nora was great to communicate with and we even were able to check in early on the day we arrived since we flew in in the morning.The only thing that was mildly inconvenient was that when ppl were staying in the upper apartment, you could hear them stomping about. But like I said no biggie and the umbrella that was there was pretty useless, so we did end up buying one so we could use it while we were there and ended up leaving it so the rest of the ppl have a working umbrella I would totally stay here again’ it was spotless and very comfortable and cute.

This is a nice property and a great location, we did not use the pullout bed so with it pulled out it may be a little tight. A lot of supplies provided in the kitchen, an umbrella and chairs available for the beach, shampoo and conditioner provided, two tvs, and overall a wonderful location. The pool was perfect for our toddler. We could walk to so many places but it was beneficial to have a car to get to other parts of the island. The host was lovely and the management was great as well!

We will definitely return…Perfectly located because. my caregiver could push me in wheelchair to the.Ocean, the bay, BTI, Bridge Street and Oyster Bar Restaurant…Awesome Vacation…See you next year

Overall was a nice place and loved the location. Condo was quaint and loved it overall. Was not a fan of the mattress personally and there were some issues with TV/wifi. Floors could have been a little cleaner but overall cleanliness was good, and price point was reasonable. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Stayed a week at Coco’s Retreat and everything was exactly as described. Lovely home in an excellent location.

I’ve been coming to Anna Maria and the beach strip for a few years now. I usually have stayed on the Holmes Beach side of the beach. This is my very first time staying on the Bradenton Beach side. We had the most wonderful time here. The hostess, Nora was most gracious and welcoming ! The condo was better than advertised. Pics don’t give it the proper justice at all. We’re definitely coming back here if it is available. We didn’t even want to leave. It felt like home. Thank you so much. This was the perfect getaway. And the pool ! I can’t say enough honestly..

When we first arrived the place was fresh, clean and obviously recently renovated which gave it a relaxing feel. Nora was extremely responsive to any questions we had. The pool is refreshing; very small, but since there are only 4 units in the building we never had to share the pool. This location is amazing! We were one block from the Birdge Street Pier which is where we spent a lot of time. We rented a car for the week and found the island very easy to navigate; there are several beaches to explore. We loved the relaxed feeling of the entire island and of this condo. We felt this first-floor unit was very convenient for in and out trips, which we made a lot! We did not cook in the condo, but it seemed there would have been ample equipment to do so. Everything was very clean and comfortable and just right for the two of us!

This is a super cute condo located very close to shopping, food, entertainment and the beach! The Historic Bridge Street shopping area is right down the street, the beach is a few blocks away, and the free shuttle stop is at the end of the street! The location was perfect! The pool was clean and felt great (heated pool) and my wife and I spent a little time swimming here as the water at the beach was a bit rough on the Gulf side. The owner was easy to contact/communicate with and support friendly! The condo is clean sand comfortable, and the beach theme was relaxing too! The furniture was comfortable, clean and my wife and I enjoyed winding down the night watching streaming movies/shows on the televisions. There are pots, pans, utensils and dishes if you want to eat in at any point! The only thing to be aware of - if there are young, energetic kind in the unit above, you WILL hear them running and jumping. We had no issues at all during the week, but on the weekend the family above had some younger children that were up late and it was pretty loud from the footsteps. Just something to be aware of if considering this unit.

The location was perfect. Two blocks from Bridge Street, three blocks from beach. The condo was very well stocked. Would definitely stay again. The only downside was the family right above us. The three children walking and “jumping” woke us up in the morning. But not until 7:00 or 7:30.
