This unit is extremely well maintained, everything in it is NEW and the owner checks the condition of her unit after her guests depart. We have a direct beach view from our sun deck, and the beach and pool are just steps from our door. CBC 110 sleeps 2 guests in a new Queen Murphy Bed, with a brand-new Serta Perfect Sleeper queen mattress. You can walk to bars, shops, restaurants and the historic pier. Two Adults, No Smoking, No Pets. I am a Realtor/Owner. This spacious studio has 2 covered parking spaces and extra guest parking with permits. My Air conditioner is self-adjusting to your own comfort level. All of my appliances are new. My unit has an alarm system; you can arm the system at night for added security.
