New pool furniture was purchased. The house is five to fifteen minutes from the beach, many restaurants and a Publix grocery store. If an issue came up it was always taken care of on a timely basis. If you need to work from there it will be no problem because there is an office area with a desk. The outdoor patio is great for entertainment and the pool is amazing. The kitchen is fully equipped. There are bikes in the garage, so we rode the bikes to the beach. The house is super close to the house I would say 1 mile. We were there for 1 week with my family and we had an amazing time.
