Stayed Jan 22, 2026This is great location. Beach, shopping (Coconut Point), you can walk or bike to downtown Bonita Springs on Old US 41, 1.5 miles. Very quaint, ice cream, restaurants, cafe. Recommend Barefoot Beach Nature Preserve. 15 minute walking trail at the end as well as parking (10.00/day) for beach. Deck in back is wonderful to relax. Lots of restaurants. Everything is 10-20 minutes by car. For beach parking during busy season, plan early by 10:30. This place has nice layout. 2nd and 3rd bdrm w/bath has privacy door from living area. Primary bdrm on other side

Stayed Jun 29, 2025My husband and our adult children stayed here for a week in July. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to beaches. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. A large deck area gave extra space for hanging out mornings and evenings.Rode one of the bikes to downtown Bonita Springs one morning- Fun!

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This was the perfect place to enjoy Florida living. It's cul-de-sac location on a canal offered the solitude and nature views we love but made it simple to get everywhere. It has grocery stores, fun shopping, great restaurants, and a spectacular beach are just minutes away and you can easily Get to Naples and Ft Meyers in mo time. The house is laid out with a 2 bedroom suite on one side and the main suite on the other with an open vaulted living area between. It opens to a wonderful screen porch where the tree top views and canal waterway are ever changing. We loved staying here and will hopefully cons back next year!
