Great stay. Wonderful property.

The house was amazing. The hosts thought of everything!! Best vacation home that we’ve ever stayed in.

Just. Wow. I've stayed in many rentals, but this one has to be near the top. Gorgeous top to bottom— it is both beautiful and comfortable. There are so many places to gather here. They have anticipated every need, down to the mutliple charging port in the kitchen. Speaking of, this kitchen is extremely well-stocked! Each bedroom is so pretty and comfortable, and the bathrooms are pristine. The owners' suite is literally the size of an apartment! You cannot beat the views—and we were lucky to spot many beautiful birds, manatees and dolphins. Further, Amanda was extremely easy to reach and responsive when we had questions or needs. My college pals were singing my praises for picking the ultimate gathering spot for our reunion. We are talking about coming here again...and we don't normally repeat! Made so many memories in this memorable home. Thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay! Pictures do not do the house justice. The house is truly luxurious and private. The second floor terrace is amazing for entertaining and gathering. We highly recommend for large families that would like to stay in the Southwest, Florida area!

Fantastic place and location

Loved everything about our stay. There we 10 adults and 2 children and the house was perfect! Bathrooms in every bedroom. The pool was refreshing. The water access, the games in the lower level. Plenty of indoor/outdoor space. All made for a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay again.

We had the best vacation at Amanda’s home in Bonita Springs!! The house had absolutely everything we needed. Each family had their own space and the rest of the house was perfect for gathering. The outdoor spaces provided so much fun and relaxation. I highly recommend this property as your next vacation spot!!

Loved our stay, all family had privacy, own bathroom. Views from pool and lanai are awesome. Sit on dock for a peaceful meditation. Watch the sunrise and even saw a few dolphins.

Beautiful property - great location. Highlights included: location (close to beach, restaurants, airport.); River (everyone loved watching and waving at the boats going by); outdoor space (2nd floor lanai was our most used area); house ammenties (toddler items were a great add along with pool toys).Owners were responsive and great to deal with. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house on the water. Clean and big. Photos are very accurate. Lots of activities. Pool is great. Host is so responsive. Surrounding area is fine - grocery and restaurants close by. Beach is great. Generally would recommend the big house for a great family gathering. Super quiet too.

This home is exactly as it appears in the photos. The setting is tranquil and peaceful and away from the chaos of the beach, though only a mile away if that’s what you want to do. Owner is very responsive and took care of even the smallest issues immediately. Great amenities in the heated pool and kayaks and paddle boards and bikes. Beds were comfortable and the elevator was a must for our elderly guests and they loved being able to join us and go to any level of this home at any time.
