A southern 10x15 deck provides a view overlooking the pool, and a direct Gulf of Mexico/sunset view from the family room or Gulf side western 7x24 deck. It is literally 35 steps to the beach. The deck is gated. brbrThere are three bedrooms that sleep 6 and a sofabed in one of the two family rooms sleeps 2 more. There are two newly remodeled baths, a large fully furnished kitchen, dining area with a table for 8 and two family rooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a new 14 inch queen size Casper mattress. In the second family room there is a queen sleeper sofa. The bathrooms have subway tile, marble counter tops and rainforest shower heads. All new beds and bedding, new living room furniture and kitchen/bath supplies. The unit features an open floor plan with the kitchen and dining room overlooking the living room for a comfortable environment to feel at home. The bedrooms are situated off of the dining room and allow for privacy from the rest of the unit. brbrThe kitchen has all of the conveniences anyone would need. It is fully equipped with a Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Stove/oven range, Keurig coffee maker and convection toaster oven. It is fully stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. The dining room table seats 6 with plenty of space. Belleair Beach is a small, upscale beach community located just south of Clearwater Beach. Minimum 30-day rental per HOA rules. brbrFeatures include an open floor plan with easy access to the community pool from the walkout patio and located a few short steps from the beautiful beach. Bedrooms are large and include one king bed and one queen bed, both with walk-in closets. The third bedroom/den has a twin bed with trundle and dresser. brbrOur condo is fully equipped for long stays and is located directly on the beach, with ocean views from the living room, dining room and master bedroom and only a few steps to the beach and community pool. brbrWe love the beach and enjoy spending time at our beautiful condo on Sand Key.
