Magnificent Gulf & Sunset Views in Belleair Beach

We loved it! Perfect spot. Pool and stroll to the beach.

This was a repeat stay at this property. Great experience as in the past. So very nice to not have to cross a street to access the beautiful beach!!

This was the perfect space for us. We spent our days on the beautiful, clean and not crowded beach and evenings eating and playing games. Two living rooms, two kitchen areas, two full bathrooms, two decks and three bedrooms gave everyone their “own” space at the end of the day. The beds were very comfortable. We’ll be back next year.

The rooms were great. The view was not exactly as advertised. There is another building between you and the beach. The neighbor was not the most pleasant person.

Clean condo with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and fully equipped kitchen. Pool is well maintained. The beach and condo located in a quiet town, it was a perfect get away for our family.

Great property with individual spaces for privacy along with gathering areas for group activities. Pool a wonderful addition along with steps to the beach front very nice . Enjoyable quiet location.

The beach and the sunsets were outstanding. We had a building in front of us but we still had a great view of the beach and sunsets and only a few steps from the sand. The beach was like sugar and very wide! We cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner in the cozy kitchen and was able to find everything we needed from measuring cups to lemon squeezers! They had more than we had at home!It was dog friendly which was great but looked like no dog had ever been inside. You name it they had it…beach chairs, folding chairs, books, games, beach umbrellas, skim boards, lots of tvs, tents …. I could go on and on! We will be a repeat customer, foe sure!

The place was perfect! Great location, steps from the beach! Not crowded at all. Ellen was very helpful! The master bedroom was hot, but overall it was a great place! We would stay there again. Loved the neighborhood.

This place was perfect, on the beach,pool, washer and dryer and close to everything. We had a wonderful time and will more than likely stay here again.

The proximity to the beach is the best part about this property. Easy to come and go from the condo to the beach as needed. Close to amenities on a quieter stretch of the ocean front. The condo was well appointed and accomodated our party of 7 comfortably. Having the 2 seperate living spaces was an added bonus with teens and grandma's in the same space. Ellen as helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. She even made recommendations for things to do in the area.

Nice location, seems to need some work done like doors need replaced. Nice ammenities like beach chairs available. Floors were recently redone and look nice. Kitchen definitely needs updated. Overall happy, but seems a bit overpriced for the level of overall condition of the unit.

It was a great place to stay. The location is awesome and the beach was quiet and pristine.

Just as is advertise. Perfect location, easy walk to the beach. Still cleaning up from the storm last year. Plenty of room. We had seven ladies and and had everything we needed. Person in charge of the place is very good at getting back to you and helping take care of problems.We would pick it again

A mom and 5 teen soccer players loved staying at this condo. We loved the quaint, retro nature of the place. The beach was quiet and literally a few steps away. The pool was right there for another swimming option during our time after our tournament games. Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, towels etc. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. It was 45 min to the Tournament Sportsplex of Tampa, 12 min to Clearwater if you want more action. No restaurants or shops in walking distance, but we did not mind this. The condo is spacious with plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed dinner if the board games provided. They are still cleaning up and repairing other condos from the last hurricane, so there was evidence of that, but it did not affect our stay.

Great space to stretch out with a group of family/friends. Wonderful location.

We stayed 5 days in this double unit on the beach. It is central to St Petes, Tampa, and Clearwater, we visited them all. We also stayed right at home, being on the beach was great. The condo has everything you need, and you ate minutes from Publix. Thanks so much!
