Amazing Beachfront Condominium , Direct to pool , Magical view

This condos location can’t be beat. Literally steps to the sand and pool. Beach has been refurbished since hurricane and is full of white sand. This condo has very comfortable beds, full kitchen and plenty of towels and beach gear. My wife and I will definitely stay again.

This was a perfect fall getaway. The beach never disappoints and the cooler temps in October were delightful. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.

AMAZING! Perfect location. Steps away from the sand. This condo was an absolute dream. Perfectly appointed , You have everything you need. Tons of beach stuff in the closet. Sam is an amazing host. Excellent communication throughout the process. Even checked on me to make sure I had everything I needed. I will definitely stay here again for years to come!

This beachfront condo is exactly as pictured! It is a clean, updated place with an amazing location! The pool was clean and warm. The beach is steps from the patio. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, floats, noodles, and sand buckets for use. There was even a kite in the closet though we did not get it out. We had plenty of beach towels and bath towels as stated in description. The beds were soft and comfortable. There is an ice machine for filling a thermos for the beach. There is a coffee machine with regular brew or k-cups. We did not cook dinner here, but it seemed there were lots of pots and pans available. The grocery store is about 10 minutes away. Plenty of restaurants a short drive away in Indian Rocks Beach or in Clearwater Beach. The beach is pretty empty in August in this area. No lifeguards, but safe and clean. The other renters in this complex were very friendly. My tween daughter would say this was her favorite family trip! I would not hesitate to rent from Sam again. He was very responsive and quickly dealt with an issue with the sliding glass door handle. It was fixed in less than 24 hours. He was a great host!

Amazing location. Almost private beach!

This beachfront paradise was amazing!!! The home was exceptionally clean, updated and had everything you would possibly need. The pool and private beach were only steps away from your patio. This is a very quiet, small and well maintained complex…perfect for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. The owner, Sam, was also exceptionall…..was forthcoming with all information needed for the stay and always informative and prompt in responding. This is by far one of the best vacations our family has ever had and we plan to visit again!!!!

Lovely unit, clean and welcoming. The Host was very kind. If you are looking for a close location to the beach this is it. Watching sunsets from beach or back porch just gorgeous.

We truly enjoyed our week at this beautiful condo located directly on the beach! The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are super comfy! What makes this condo so special, is that it's just steps away from the beach. Also, this condo is located in a smaller complex which makes for less crowds at the pool and beach. The owner was an absolute joy to work with and very responsive if you need anything during your stay!
