This top of line bedding system has OptiCool Gel Memory Foam which provides superior comfort and cooling properties not available in conventional bedding. brbrSince sleep quality is particularly important when on vacation; we also installed Hunter Douglas Blackout Shades which provide excellent room darkening for a deep, restorative slumber . The Hunter Douglas Honeycomb Vertiglide Blackout Shades are on all the sliding glass doors. The living room window's blackout shade is electronically controlled by a wall mounted switch.brbrAt Seaview the sounds of waves will be your lullaby as you drift into a most peaceful slumber. You will awake refreshed and ready to explore Amelia's charms.brbrFor your added comfort we also upgraded the flooring in Seaview. We removed all the carpet, which can trap sand, and installed porcelain tile. Under the bedroom porcelain tile we installed a floor heat system which makes the bedroom uniquely cozy in the cooler months. No more popsicle toes because your bare feet touch that warm tile which makes you want to linger longer in the bedroom. The porcelain floors are exceptionally clean. We regularly utilize a commercial grade floor scrubbing machine to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.brbrThere is a separate thermostat in the bedroom to control the bedroom floor heat. The Nest thermostat in the living room controls the central air conditioning and central heating system.brbrWe also upgraded the sofa in Seaview.
