Renovated, Clean Oceanfront Condo in Amelia Surf & Racquet Club

Overall the property is very nice, great pool, right on the beach, the unit was nice and comfortable.

The host was very helpful. We got misdirected driving so I called the host who was terrific in guiding us to the spot. Everything was nicely laid out.

only reason I gave it a 3 for cleanliness was because the window looking out really could have used cleaning. everything else was great

We rented this beautiful place for my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary in Amelia Island. I cannot possibly articulate all the good things about it! Great communication from the host, Kevin, with easy check-in and check out procedures. Dad said it was by far the comfiest bed he’s ever slept in! Mom said she noticed all the attention to detail and decor that made the stay even more enjoyable. The view of the ocean and beach is breathtaking, and they sat on the porch every morning and evening. Condo is well stocked, and there are beach chairs and towels for your use. LOVED that there was a pool, and a bridge leading straight to the beach. Such close proximity to all the best restaurants too! 5 star experience all around, would highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect, short walk to the beach view from condo was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thanks for a great stay.

We stayed for five nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as described, and as the pictures show. Nicely decorated and both the living room and bedroom are comfortable. We did not cook but the kitchen appeared to have everything one would need. The included washer and dryer is a nice addition if you are staying for several days. We were searching for a location on the beach so we could enjoy the views of the ocean and have easy access to the beach. This condo provided both. The beach is just a short distance across the boardwalk. I took a daily walk, enjoying the views and looking at seashells. The property was very quiet, which is what we wanted (may be due to the time of year). However, it is centrally located near the Ritz, the Omni, historic downtown for shopping and lots of restaurants.

This was a modern, well appointed apartment with beautiful views of the ocean from the livingroom and bedroom and also had a wind shielded patio. Since we had bountiful rain during our visit we really enjoyed the views from our apartment. The apartment has easy ocean and pool access and met our expectations.

Perfect. I dont want to write a book on here, but cannot say how perfect this place is. 2nd story, right by the pool. Easy access through stairs or elevator. perfect view of lifeguard chair that has water condition indication flags before you actually go out on the beach. Also has a lightning warning siren. Stunning view. Comfortable bed. Pull out couch. Plush. Great use of space. Spacious. More so than some 2 bedroom units in this complex. 100% Cotton Sheets, exceptionally clean. Coffee maker, cd/player radio, in kitchen, analog clock, room. darkening curtains. They even had a few plush beach towels. Quality silverware, kitchen utensils, blender. Super close to the beach. Outstanding grocery store Harris Teeter only 2 miles away. The Tennis Pro was outstanding, best we have met ever actually. We do fly up to get lessons from Charles specifically the last 3 years. We had lessons both at the omni and at the Surf and Racquet club, but the pro here is the best. Oh, and there are even spare shoes and racquets if someone is taking a lesson for the first time at the pro shop office. Unheard of. We Highly recommend Coach Talbert.

The view was beautiful; however, the walk to the shore was long. The location was excellent.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this very clean and comfortable condo. The complex was quiet which was nice. The views were great and we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

I stay at Amelia often and this unit was outstanding! It was immaculate, tastefully furnished/decorated and the view was amazing. All we needed was there, the owners thought of everything . I would stay again in a minute. Thank you for such a lovely accommodation.
