This delightful one bedroom studio apartment, consisting of the ground floor of a stone-built terraced cottage, is in a most convenient location, close to the River Greta and Fitz Park, and within easy walking distance of all Keswick's amenities, Derwentwater, the Theatre by the Lake and the Leisure Pool.brIt is an ideal base from which to explore this superb part of the Lake District, whether on foot, bicycle or by car. There is a wonderful variety of walks available right from the door and good local bus services so that a car is not necessary. There is free car parking with no restrictions in the street and it is almost always possible to find a parking place just outside, or at least very close by.brComfortably furnished, it is surprisingly spacious and the living/dining room has a French door to the patio which adds to the light and airy feel of the property. Property Details The front door leads to a large L shaped hallway, recently decorated, with coat hooks and shoe storage and electronic building access. The hallway has a storage unit with a selection of guidebooks and maps of the area. The kitchen is well equipped with white gloss units and an excellent range of utensils and equipment; a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, electric cooker, microwave, slow cooker and dishwasher. The apartment also has an electric clothes airer. The dual aspect lounge/dining room has views towards Skiddaw and Little Dodd and features patio doors with wrought iron Juliet balcony. It has comfortable seating, a dining table and chairs for 4, Smart TV, DVD, digital radio and an electric fire. Full wi-fi is available. Bedrooms consist of an ensuite king size master with lovely oak furniture and high quality bedlinen and views of the fells.
