Our 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom townhome is a quick drive to Bethany Beach and beautiful Delaware State Park beaches. The home is new construction in 2021 with newly furnished interior. You will find an open layout with plenty of natural sunlight. There is a spacious sunroom as an additional sitting space with a desk if needed for working remotely. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed, large walk in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity. The two additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and two twin sized beds respectively, with a pleasant guest bathroom a few steps away. Laundry is available for any washing/drying needs. There is also a small private outdoor patio for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing after the beach, and a community pool with lounge chairs and umbrellas. You will have access to a gas grill, and we provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella.

The rental also comes with 2 bikes, several beach chairs and boogie boards. There's even a desk in the loft if you have to do a bit of work while vacationing. Ocean View Beach Club even offers a free shuttle to Bethany Beach from Friday thru Monday. Book now while there are plenty of weeks available! No Pets or Smoking Please. Renter wristbands for use of amenities can be purchased from a Clubhouse Attendant via credit card for $45 per person (ages 6+) per week from 9 am to 6 pm daily.brGuests pay a $180 cleaning fee for all stays.
