Bay Forest is located at the mouth of the Collins Creek Tributary, along the southern edge of the picturesque Indian River Bay. As you enter, you’ll be greeted by a shimmering lake and graceful causeway.

Enjoy resort-style living at this exceptional rental, featuring access to three pools—including a lazy river with water slides—along with indoor and outdoor tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, bocce courts, a putting green, and an indoor arcade playroom.

The community also offers a second clubhouse designed for social gatherings, with plans underway for an additional pool, expansive pool deck, private cabanas, and a full-service bar.

All beds have pillows, and protective hyper allergenic mattress covers. Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of 3 nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This will include 2 sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for the pillows a set of towels for each guest (1-bath towel, 1-Hand towel and 1-wash cloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.

One-time $150 community registration fee
Additional $50 per person (age 5 and older)
Guests must complete and submit the required registration form at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Beach shuttle stop is next to the house.
Please understand that this property does not allow for any Senior Week or group rentals with any guest under the age of 25. Any booking that does occur, will result in the reservation being cancelled and a cancellation fee of 10-100% depending on the date of booking in proximity to the check in date.
