NOT idea for kids but kids are still permitted with restrictions. Huge beautiful kitchen with all you need to prepare wonderful meals and snacks with seating for up to 10 in ktchen and adjacent area. Living room is comfortable with a 82 flat screen with blue ray player and hundreds of movies to enjoy.. Pool room is for adults only ( not a popular restriction, but nessasary) as this Renaissance table retailing for over ,$15,000.00. Office I use for 4th open bedroom to foyer, furnished with full bed futon. Master bedroom and garage are not part of rental and are locked off for owner use if needed while managing both listed properties. Restricted areas both have private entrances for owner need as your vacation and privacy is of utmost importance as long as rules and # of Guest permitted are respected. Front porch is a wonderfu place to sit and have a cup of coffee or drink while overlooking beautiful compelation of gardens. Neighborhood pool is just a short walk while Bear Trap Dunes Country Club is right across the street in walking distance as well.
