Beautiful Home! 1.5 Miles to the Sands of Bethany Beach - Sleeps 11

I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful this property was. It was immaculately clean. Well many listings state that the owner has thought of every detail, this Owner actually did. There is nothing that we possibly could have wanted that was not available in our home. Chris And Melissa were quick to respond to questions and gracious in every possible way. Having stayed in many VRBO‘s over the years, I can say that this was by far the cleanest and most thoughtfully stocked of anywhere I have been. Anyone who stays here is lucky. They made us feel like welcome friends rather than renters.

This home is beautiful and had everything we needed! The dart board and ping pong were an added bonus for the kids.

Check in was seamless! We had all of the necessary information two days ahead of time. Chris and Melissa were invested in providing a relaxing and amazing trip! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, spices, and necessities. They thought of everything! We highly recommend this property. Two families and young adults had plenty of places to relax, dine and sleep.

We had a great time in ocean view DE. The house was great, by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. The location was excellent, only a short ride to the beach and shops. We also enjoyed the development, taking walks and bike rides and going to the pool a few times. Both the host and property manager were excellent communicators and always made sure everything was to our liking. Overall highly recommended and will definitely be back!

The property was as advertised. Everything was there that you would need for a wonderful vacation, beach chairs umbrellas toys and the bike were used alot. The house is impeccable you can tell Chis and Melissa care about there guest! We had a awesome time.

Chris and Melissa were the absolute best host! The kindest and most welcoming host I have ever experienced. Their home is absolutely beautiful, clean and it offers everything you need for a perfect beach getaway!

This was a beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood. Melissa and Chris were the perfect hosts. They thought of everything needed for a spectacular beach vacation. We didn’t need to buy or rent anything for the beach. They included all the chairs, umbrellas, towels, coolers and toys. The house had so many amenities. I can’t even list them all. But they were even kind enough to provide the laundry detergent and bounce! We spent so much time on their back patio and grilled out a few times as well. We also loved the bikes that were also included. Overall,, we rated this property a 10++++. Will definitely go back next year.

This house was amazing. It was very accommodating and played a huge role for a successful Family gathering. On scale of 1 to 10 I'll rate it a 12!! Communication with Chris was extremely easy and very efficient. Because of the many extras such as Bikes, Beach chairs, Pool accessories, and a fully equipped kitchen. House was amazing and very comfortable. Pool and clubhouse was enjoyed by all and the proximity to the beach was excellent. Owner and property manager were very responsive to our questions.
