Shuttle to Beach: Ocean View Home w/ Patio

Great place to enjoy with family!

House was well-appointed and Colleen (host) was very responsive. We were there for a lacrosse tournament with 2nd grade boys and she even left out items to make s'mores. I would highly recommend this property as it was clean, had all the necessary amenities, and the community was great!

My family had a wonderful week at this property. There was ample space and the complex really is fabulous. Colleen was very responsive and made great recommendations for local places to eat - all were on point. The biggest issue we had all week was the complete lack of Wifi. Colleen did try to remedy the problem and we found a workaround at the community center when my husband was desperate to take a work call, but it was not in working order during our entire stay for more than a minute or two before freezing and dropping. Additionally, small things like the gas grill having no gas and a few dead crickets in closets/cheese balls under the bed, made it seem as though we were borrowing someone's vacation home, not paying customers with needs that should be honored. With a few minor customer service adjustments, this would be the perfect place to stay in Delaware.

My husband and I are experienced VRBO users and our son owns an AIRB and B in Scotsdale. We know what it takes to be super hosts and James and Colleen are the best super hosts we have ever experienced. They went above and beyond for our big family stay and hands down EVERYONE did agree without exception that their place was the best home and resort style amenities we have ever experienced!! Thank you making this stay so incredible!

Highly recommend staying here. Everything was as described in the listing. The hosts were thoughtful and responsive. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The amenities such as the two pools and the fitness center were a plus. We would definitely return!

Our stay in this beautiful vacation home was enjoyed by our entire family. We felt the home was even more spacious than the pictures depict. It was clean, comfortable & beautifully decorated. The kitchen was beyond well equipped for any meal preparation. We especially enjoyed morning coffee on the patio while taking in the view of the pond/fountain. We found the location of the home to be convenient to all of the community amenities which provided something for everyone in our family. The hosts were very accommodating & always available to answer questions and provide us with information/recommendations. We had a very positive experience & would love to make a return visit.

We had,a great stay in this spacious, well-appointed 5br home. The house is set on a pretty street with nearby overflow parking, in walking distance to a gym and 2 pools. Close to restaurants, creamery and mini-golf. The beach and shopping district are minutes,away. The house was filled with all of the essentials... tv and internet service; kitchen cookware, tableware and gadgets; Bikes in the garage for riding the community trails, beach chairs, games etc. Also, plenty I'd indoor and outdoor seating. Highly recommended!

Everything you would want on vacation was available

Our kids had a great time at the pools and it was close enough to the beach that we could easily visit the boardwalk for ice cream or a half day beach visit.?

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, despite being in the middle of Covid times. Colleen was immensely helpful, thoughtful, and communicative throughout the booking and prep process, and the house was very clean and looks even better in person. There was more than enough space for all 6 of us, and the upstairs is set up wonderfully for children and to have some separation between families when needed. We loved the quiet neighborhood--we went on family bike rides on the paved paths every day and enjoyed the pool. Highly recommend!
