Near Bethany Beach: Resort-Style Home w/ Views

The home is beautiful, clean, and conveniently located to attractions! Easy check in and great communication with the owner throughout our stay. Would definitely return to this home again.

House was awesome, perfectly clean and in a great community. Property manager was easy to work with and everything was as advertised.

My husband and I treated our grown kids/spouses and our four grandchildren to a week at Bethany Beach, and were so lucky to have found this house and Tundi. The house is layed out so nicely and the development is located very conveniently to the market and only 15 min to the beach. But the two pools on the premesis were really perfect because the weather this week was over 90 every day. We took full advantage. We really hope we can come back again next year, if everyone's schedules coincide! Tundi was such a pleasure as our host.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the community is perfect for families. The owner was super responsive and so nice to work with. We had a great experience, highly recommend!

It had been several years since we stayed at this residence and it was just as awesome in 2024 as we remembered it to be! The attention to detail by the property owner is second to none. From the second we checked in we felt as if this was our home and not a vacation rental. The house is close to all local attractions and the amenities within the community itself. We look forward to our next stay here, thanks again!

Our group had such a lovely time at this beautifully appointed property. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen/living area had a great layout. Our children loved hanging out and sleeping in the spacious upstairs den—and from the pools to the pickleball courts, they had loads of fun activities to keep them busy. As a special touch, the owner surprised us with a refrigerator and pantry stocked with sodas, water, and snacks. Such a gem. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful spacious home in a very quiet community with great amenities…. something for everyone. Home was just as pictured and was very clean. You really just need to bring your clothes and food (if u want to cook) everything you could possibly need for cooking, going to the beach, relaxing at one of the pools, or hanging in the yard shooting a frisbee or throwing a game of corn hole. Communication with the owner was fantastic, questions answered, problems resolved immediately. Definitely a home to return to in the future!

We had a large family group with four children, two of who were year old twins. The home had space for all nine of us. There is a comfortable covered back porch as well as a front porch. One of the pools is very close to the house. There is a grill for barbecuing. The house is well supplied with utensils and some basic spices. I would suggest bringing your own beach towels to keep them separate from the white towels supplied with the home. The king bedroom is separated from the other bedrooms downstairs, and one of the two bedrooms upstairs is very large with its own living area with tv, which keeps things quieter. We enjoyed our visit.

I can’t express enough how beautiful this home and development was!! We had such an amazing family vacation and felt the comfort of home in this lavish house. Tunde was such a fantastic host from the moment we booked to the welcome gifts when we arrived. He was constantly in contact and made the experience exceptional. The two community pools were also so close and so fantastic. So sad to leave but extremely thankful for the past week.
