Stayed Jul 24, 2023The property was nice. Clean upon arrival. The HVAC went out the first day, but a service repair was done the next morning and the property manager personally brought us fans. One suggestion is that the cleaning personnel clean between the sofa cushions and under the furniture. Another is that the owner update the site to to designate which beds are in which rooms with the sizes of the beds and specify clearer instructions for WiFi and trash. We did have an incident at the community pool with two ladies who were not welcoming and aggressively attempted to keep my 4-year-old granddaughter out of the kiddie pool.

Stayed Jun 17, 2023Condo was very nice and had everything we needed for a week stay. Neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. I would give the condo 10 out of 10 stars. Location was not so good. It took 30 minutes to get anywhere with traffic. I would give the location 1 out of 10 stars if looking for a beach or boardwalk day.
