This house made life so easy. The kids all stayed upstairs and and played in the mini video games could stay up as late as they wanted without bothering the rest of the house! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. Thank you so much!

Kitchen was well equipped but would have liked a drip coffee maker and more cooking utensils / meal dishes. The staff was excellent at BH. The fire table did not work.

Great location for the price! 10 minute drive to the beach and Bethany Beach boardwalk. Quiet neighborhood with friendly folks. Community pool was clean and spacious. Plenty of seating and the life guards were friendly and attentive. Our only complaints about the house was lack of lamps in any of the rooms and insufficient seating for diners. I would 100% stay here again!

I stayed in this rental with my adult siblings and my own young children ages (1-6 years old). Home was very spacious, clean - 5 bedrooms, master had walk in closet I was able to put a pack & play in. We brought our own linens which was fine, comforters & pillows were provided. Lots of beach accessories- beach cart, a few chairs, sand toys, corn hole, cooler, boogie boards. You have to pick up AND return keys to leasing office about 15 min away so plan accordingly- it took us forever the morning we were trying to leave because of beach traffic. Beach traffic can be horrible. It took a minimum of 15-20 min to get to Bethany Beach. The 3 way stop sign and traffic light caused a huge delay. There were 4 adult & 2 children’s bikes available at the house. We had access to the community pool however it was quite far to walk or bike with young children. Pool passes only available for the week for $38/pp. No tennis courts as advertised- they were changed to pickleball. No hairdryer in the house. Blinds on windows were not effective in blocking bright sun at 6am- maybe bring a blackout curtain for little kids room! Lots of other essentials were included- not sure if left behind by other renters or not but we had a very comfortable stay overall.

I do wish the dining table was larger, there was nowhere we could play board games or where everyone could sit and eat together.

This was a very relaxing vacation! Short drive to everything we did.
