SERENE COASTAL SETTING!

The place was impressive. Quiet community but close access to the touristy areas.

This was our second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first! Great location, with a view of the water. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Due to Hurricane Erin, the beaches in Bethany were closed for a couple days so we were able to take advantage of the amenities in the community. My son and I played a round of golf on the par 3 course and we spent some time at the pool. Will definitely be returning!

Super clean, bright, cozy, and convenient location. Nice and quiet complex with pool, and sports courts. Close to DE beaches and also close to Ocean City, MD & Assateague Island. Great time with our family of 5.

We came across this place after our original travel plans for the 4th of July were cancelled. The place is clean and quiet, which was exactly what we wanted for the holiday. Glenn & Nancy shared check-in information in a clear manner and made the process very easy. I highly recommend this place.

We had a great vacation with our family of six! The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed! Glenn and Nancy checked in with us half way through our stay to make sure everything was going well - we really appreciated that! We would definitely book again! Overall, Glenn and Nancy ensured the space was meticulous and welcoming. The condo was comfortable and had all the amenities you could want when visiting the beach. The community is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. When we decide to visit Bethany again, we will definitely look at the availability of Glenn/Nancy’s condo.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was immaculately clean, very spacious, and had everything we needed. The drive to the beach was short, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and a playground for our kids! Sitting out on the back porch was a highlight of our early mornings and evenings. It was peaceful and we watched deer daily as they ate and rested. We are looking forward to coming back for another vacation!

The accommodations were wonderful. The wonderful views of the sunsets, the cleanliness, the linens provided, everything! We had guests over from other properties in that same community who couldn't believe how nice our rooms were. Will definitely stay here again.

We were very satisfied with everything having to do with our stay. The layout of the condo was great, and it was as clean as a whistle. Very convenient to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a fantastic condo overlooking the water! After spending most of the day down at Bethany Beach, we were able to enjoy relaxing afternoons and evenings sitting on the screened in porch. Easy to get down to Bethany for a day at the beach, or evening eating out, or attending a concert at the bandstand. Great selection of restaurants and activities along Atlantic Avenue as well. We did not take advantage of the on-site amenities (pool, golf, etc.), but they looked fantastic.

Place was perfect for us, very clean and spacious. Check in was seamless. It’s even sunnier and nicer than the pictures!
