Stayed Aug 4, 2023The house was nice and fit our needs well but there were some issues. Firstly, while we kind of understand that sheets located in plastic bags insured that they were properly cleaned, we have never stayed in a hotel or rental where we had to make our beds. This was not mentioned in the listing and the last thing you want to do after a long drive is to make up beds. The hotels don’t do that and you just trust them to provide clean sheets. Why can’t we trust your company too? And there is no reasonable explanation as to why have to remove the sheets at the end of our stay too. Isn’t part of the fee for cleaning services? Also inconvenient was the dwindling amount of toilet paper. Again, the last thing we wanted to do on vacation was to go shopping for toilet paper. Lastly, outdoor grilling is pretty much a tradition during summer. The lack of a grill is perplexing. Is it a fire danger? We had to bring a portable one so we grilled anyway. These issues are not necessarily game changers but, again, not appreciated. Lastly, and not a big deal but the lawn could have been better maintained, grass cut, etc. Would have looked nicer.
