Nice property and amenities. Enjoyed our stay!

The place was nice and clean. Offerings of Netflix and Hulu was a nice addition. The kitchen was clean and well-stocked. The master bathroom shower does not get very hot, but the hall bathroom did- so most of us chose to shower in there. Also, if you’re using the linens provided please know the dryer is very slow to dry towels and sheets; so be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to wash and dry (which is hard with a 10am checkout time).

Very nice condo! We regret not seeing where we were supposed to bring our own bedding so we are disappointed in having to wash it before leaving but we will know for next time. As an electrician is here he sees a few issues that should be addressed... Ceiling fan switch, fire alarm in bedroom, bathroom light and garage overhead door. The pool staff were so nice to use we really enjoyed it here! Thank you

Great location. The beach is 15 min away by car. Accurate description of the place. Make sure you bring soap, shampoo, and conditioner! Also, expected to do laundry and put it away if you use their linens.

It was a nice get away with family.

We had a wonderful time! Will be booking here again. The condo is very well maintained, and it is so welcoming and homey. The community is quiet, and everyone was friendly. While we didn't need to use anything, I still appreciate that the owners have and are willing to share some just-in-case items. Just getting home from our weekend stay and already checking availability for next time!

We really love the neighborhood and the condo layout. The one issue we had was with the WiFi strength. Many occasions it told us it was a weak signal.

The property itself was really nice, located in a quiet community. the bedroom set up is ideal for keeping kiddos out of earshot during quiet hours and the screened in porch was great for hanging out. lots of space in the bedrooms and common areas, kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, flatware and cookware. the unit is downstairs, but we heard little to no noise from the unit above us. located nearby shopping areas and a great place for an afternoon walk.

Overall very positive. The condition of the front door(s) was a negative. Also there should be instructions on how to operate the 3 different remotes which control the televisions.

The property was located in a terrific location and was spacious but there were three issues that would make me look elsewhere should I return: 1. Guests are required to launder all sheets & towels before checking out at 11:00 AM (or bring your own). I have stayed at several short term rentals and have never had this be part of the deal. What if a person is coming from far? What if they have a plane to catch early on the last morning of their stay? What is the cleaning fee for? 2. We needed to contact the host about a couple of issues (no working lamp in the main bedroom, the ice maker was not working, etc.) and the host response time was not quick. 3. No hair dryer provided? Even hotels provide this.

We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is spacious and everything worked well.
