4-bedroom 4.5 bath Home in Bear Trap Golf Resort-- 3 minutes from Bethany Beach

We enjoyed the property layout- there was a space for everyone. Spacious bedrooms upstairs. Kitchen had all we needed for a one night stay. The kids loved having the basement to hang out and play pool, games, and watch movies. The adults loved the main level and garage man-cave. They allowed early check in which was very much appreciated!Only downfalls were minor, but worth mentioning. The basement couch is falling apart, the cushions have a very cheap elastic fabric cover that fell off immediately. The leather is peeling and it looks extremely worn down. The basement was also quite musty smelling despite the dehumidifier.

Everything was fine just the owner charged me for leaving 4 cups in the dishwasher and a bag of garbage in the can i would never stay here again and we plan on returning to the area next year

The stay was good, and the location was great. Whenever you book this property, you should keep in mind that the swimming pools and other amenities that you see with the property are not free; you have to buy the pass for 7 days, which is not cheap.You have to pay extra for bed linens and towels otherwise you have to bring your own bed linens and towels!

The process of staying at this house was very easy. Shantel was helpful and quick with responses to all my questions. Parking was ample even on a super busy beach weekend. The price is great for a house that can accommodate so many people. It’s easy and quick enough to get to the beach from the property. Overall we were all pleased with the stay and would consider again if back in Bethany!

We all had a great time staying here! The house was everything and more. We had 12 people staying and we had more than enough room. It was clean and the owner was also available when we needed help with something. The house was so close to our favorite beach the boardwalk. The kids had fun at the pool, the golf course, and all the beaches. I would highly recommend this place for sure.

The house was a great size for our family. There were a few issues that the owner/manager were able to fix timely. Would definitely visit again!

The 4 rooms with attached full bathrooms were great for our 4 families of friends. Quick drive to Bethany Beach so we didn’t waste any time getting to our day’s activities. The kitchen was also well stocked for our home cooked meals and BBQ on one night. The garage is also pretty fun. The living and dining area was a bit too small for our entire group of 8 adults though.

The house was amazing!!! Everything we wanted to do was in very close driving distance!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Clean property with plenty of space. We did get locked out one day due to the keypad lock not working. However, the property manager and owners were extremely efficient and fixed the issue within 10 minutes. Overall a great stay for golf!

Bedrooms were huge, great kitchen,4 1/2 baths was nice, don't hesitate to book this place. Great restaurant right there. Thanks again

The property was very nice and the owner was responsive to questions. Plenty of rooms and beds for big family. Nice location. Only needed for a short stay, but would like to come back longer next time. Easy to relax here

Nice property and lovely development. Had a couple of issues but good communication and quick resolution was provided. Amenities fee was a bit high, but I had factored that into the overall price. The pool was very dirty two of the days we tried to use it, full of leaves right at the beginning of the day and again when we went back later so was never cleaned. Lots of room to spread out in the house. Kids loved the pool table, which was really the deciding factor for us renting this property compared to others. Convenient location to grocery shopping. Beach was about a ten minute drive. Overall, a good relaxing stay and I’d book again if I stay in this area in the future.

Great property and space!!! Room for everyone comfortably. Pool table was great to have and play. Outside amenties were wonderful. Indoor/outdoor pool option and the shuttle to and from the beach was fantastic!! Property was clean and comfortable. A great home away from home!

We really enjoyed this property. We had multiple families with many children and there was plenty of space for each family to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The location was nice as it was a short drive to the beach. We purchased and used the amenities pass. The shuttle made it easy to get to and from the beach. The indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and playground were all nice to have and use with the kids when we weren’t at the beach. The property manager/host was very quick to respond with any questions we had. I would recommend this place to anyone coming with a couple families looking for a place with lots to offer!

The place was exactly as described! It was fantastic and clean! The owner was a phone call away and went above and beyond to let us know great locations for kids as well as if anything went wrong! The family would absolutely vacation here again!

Two very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds and two not quite as nice bedrooms/beds. One bedroom has the washer and dryer in it. Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Expensive to use the pool and community amenities. Nice home.
