Enjoy Beautiful Bethany Beach, Surrounding Coastal Areas, Recreational Amenities

The rental was extremely clean and had everything you would need for a family vacation. Loved the screened in porch and fire pit. Living room and lofted den meant ton of space for our group. Board games extra bonus!

This is our 2nd time staying here and loved it yet again. The hosts are nice and super communicative. The home itself is well-appointed, large and clean. The community is beautiful and the two pools are very nice. I highly recommend this property!

The house was very clean and beautiful. Pretty much every amenity you could need, was there. We had a slight issue with the water heater, but the owners were prompt to help us figure it out. The 4 bikes that were provided we so fun and we all took turns riding around the neighborhood. Both pools were just a short walk away from the house. My son had a blast fishing in the pond behind us. It was nice that everything had a place and was labeled in the kitchen. Made clean-up & finding everything much easier. The garage was well stocked with beach chairs and toys. The few drawbacks I have are surrounding the neighborhood. We very much felt like we were in a retirement community. The pools closed at 7:00pm which was a major drawback for our 4 teens. The passes for the pool and facilities are bright yellow for renters & differ from the resident passes which are white. We definitely felt different being a renter. My kids were approached in a manner that was less than kind when they were using the facilities. It was actually quite rude. They were following the rules and not being unruly in the least bit. Even on walks or bike rides with my husband throughout the development, no one seemed to return smiles or hello's. We just really felt like fish out of water. But the house itself and the owners were wonderful!

What a beautiful home! Our family of 5 LOVED it! The house was huge, everyone had their own space to relax but the common areas were also a big hit. The master suite was amazing! The loft area upstairs was great to chill out and watch tv. I sat in the screened in porch every morning and afternoon with my coffee. I could spend hours there, with its gorgeous views. The bbq area and Adirondack chairs was perfect. The kids took the bikes out around the community. Bay Forest - what a beautiful community. 2 big pools, one with slides and a lazy river, tennis courts, walking paths, indoor recreation barn, friendly people. And a short ride from supermarkets and restaurants. Bethany Beach is a short ride away and Rhehoboth and Dewey just a little further. We really enjoyed our week at Amy and Shelley’s!

Loved the property! It is very convenient to pool. Enjoyed the nature walking areas and surrounding ponds.

We really enjoyed our stay!! Condo was roomy and nicely decorated. Complex had great amenities. Condo included 4 bikes and there are great, easy to ride trails around the complex. Location was just a short drive to Bethany Beach. Only negative was that the condo's pictured firepit wasn't working.

We have been staying at Amy and Shelly's beach home for the last four years and continue to love it. The neighborhood is great for families with bike trails and 2 pools! We hope to continue to keep coming back every year!

The villa is beautiful! It's so much larger than it appears from the outside. The furnishings and decor are high-end and beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked. I was pleasantly surprised how many little extras they provide (hand soap, trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods.) They even provided a little welcome basket with things for the grown-ups and my son. The location of their villa is superb. It's walking distance to both pools. We enjoyed the fire pit every night and the screen-in porch at lunch. Amy and Shelly were very easy to get in touch with during the booking process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend their unit. We will be booking another summer week there!
