Very nice stay. Very clean. A few minor things the owner could not know about if I didn’t tell them. Prompt attention from the owners. Would recommend to anyone. Had one major issue and the owners were prompt and efficient. Not anything they did just a freak issue that came up. Definitely stay here the place will not disappoint

There were dirty dishes in the cabinet, personal articles from previous guests underneath the bed, dishes in the dishwasher from previous guests, used coffee pod in the coffee maker. Host was extremely rude and confronting when there was a misunderstanding with payment. It made our family feel unsafe staying there.

We really enjoyed our trip to Ocean View. House was great and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Everything was as listed. Cleanly, easy to access and the communication was great.

The unit was clean and well stocked with essentials for bathrooms and the kitchen. The neighbors were all very friendly and it offered easy access to food stores, seafood markets and a short ride to the beach. Our fur baby enjoyed walks on the nature trail and there were plenty of refuse recepticals in and around the unit. The only thing we were confused about was where the recycling recepticals were. Other than that it is a fantastic unit which we enjoyed very much. Oh, Pam our host was so easy to get in touch with and answered any questions we had almost immediatly. We would certainly stay again without a doubt.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Pam’s condo. It was the perfect accommodation for our holiday weekend. Everything was seamless and easy. The community is beautiful with great amenities. They thought of everything, we never had a question for how to settle in as if we were in our own home. Would absolutely come back!

The property is beautiful. 2 bed/2bath with 2 patios. Walking distance to pool and playground. 2nd floor end unit. We had a lovely time!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo! Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to the beach. We were happy to have access to the hot tub and pool especially since it rained for a large portion of our trip. There are also a pickleball and tennis courts, and we were able to launch our paddle boards from about a two minute drive from the condo.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The property is great and was conducive to us bringing our two dogs and we were able to take them for nice walks throughout the neighborhood. Restaurants and stores are also within a short distance. I would definitely stay here again

I loved thos property. It was amazing and had a great location for my beach birthday weekend. I cannot say enough great about it.

Everything was great except the TV didn’t work however the owner did come two days in a row to try and fix it.

Perfect place to stay for what we were looking for - a relaxing, quiet winter beach getaway. Grocery, restaurants and beach were all within driving distance.

We were very happy with everything about our stay. We brought our dogs with us and it was a great neighborhood to walk them. We were there in December and the neighborhood was really quiet. Very pretty water views from different spots around the neighborhood. Since it was a corner unit there was lots of light coming in to the unit.

Check in instructions document was not functional so had to call owner to get in. She answered immediately. The condo was very clean. It was located right up the street from my family which was a bonus. Only thing I would say is in the winter you will need to expect to be cold until it warma up since the thermostat is set at 55. I am sensitove to the cold so this was not a great thing for me personally but also not the end of the world in the grand sceme of things.

Great location for our needs, clean property. Funny arrival… GPS sent us to a location 45 minutes away in a gated community. Garehouse person let us in at 10:00 pm without blinking! GPS and my husband figured it out after 10 minutes of wandering around expensive townhouses and eventually got to the correct location. Key was where indicated and easily retrieved. Adventurous start to weekend! Thank you! We’d stay again.

We had a good stay at Pam's condo. It was spotless clean and a peaceful quiet location. Pam is quick to respond to any questions.

This condo was as clean, comfortable and as beautiful as the pictures show. We enjoyed our weekend as a family. It was a little further away from the Bethany boardwalk than I would like, but the community was beautiful and very peaceful and quiet. There are two grocery stores and a CVS near by. The owners are very kind and professional. Pam answered any questions that I had ahead of time. I messaged a thank you and let them know that we left and didn't get a response. Hopefully, everything was fine.

The condo is nicely furnished and a great location. We like being off the beaten path to the beach. The community is peaceful and dog friendly.

The condo was lovely and exactly as stated. I was impressed with communication from Pam, the cleanliness of the condo and would love to visit again!

This unit had a great central location, close to the pool and to the boat launch were we kayaked almost every day. We saw may deer and fawns every night from the deck. The owner was prompt in any inquiries we had before and during our stay. My niece and her daughter were on the sleeper sofa for the first night. It was not comfortable, so the second night they shared the twin in the front bedroom.

Clean and comfortable and owners very quickly responding to any questions or concerns.

Perfect place for our family!! We enjoyed running, walking, and biking on all of the paths around the community and had a blast at the pool! Very convenient to stores/restaurants and only a few minutes from the beach!
