Everything was wonderful!!

House was well loved. Pots and pans could use a replacement but kitchen was well stocked, house overall was clean had plenty of full size beds for more adults to sleep comfortably. I think they have an animal living there or staying occasionally so just a heads up for those with allergies! Owner was responsive and we had no issues!! Great rental!

Kitchen was very comfortable for cooking. What I really like was the furniture protection for pets and the toys that was available. I didn't see all of the house since my wife and I had the bedroom on the first floor but it was a great house for our small group of 4 that according to the listing could accomadate 14. Also, the price for right for off season.

We absolutely loved our stay and plan to be back next year. Our house was beautifully decorated, and very spacious and comfortable for an extended family of 11. It was a perfect home away from home! Our host was also easy to communicate with, and always quick to respond to any question we had. I give them 5 stars! Both the indoor and outdoor pools were a huge hit with our family.

The host is very gracious! Answered questions when we had them. There was a mix up with cleaning company but host made it right. The bedrooms are roomy, the number of bathrooms awesome. House is spacious and up to date. Located across from pool and close to beach!

We loved our stay here! There was plenty of room to socialize as well as private space. The kitchen was well stocked. Staying directly across from the tennis courts lended a pleasant sound of hard work mixed with fun throughout the day. The pool is lovely. Early morning walks around the facility are highly recommended. Everything we needed was close by. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The home was well situated and well maintained. Misled on the common condiments that were to be available... there were none, not even salt.

When a host is constantly upgrading the property. You know its a great one. The new flooring and furniture pieces were so beautiful. As soon as we walked in, we were so impressed with the new flooring. Which means this property owner really cares about the renters having a great experience. It was clean and accommodating as usual. Looking forward to next year. Thank you.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property and hope to return again. The close proximity to the Pavilion was great for the little ones. Layout works well for multiple families, and pet friendly to boot. Well-maintained and upgraded - owner takes good care of all the details. Multiple living spaces on the first floor are a real plus. Very pleasant, walkable community with close proximity to comfortable beach town, and access to lots of things to do.

Plenty space for lots p of people. Convenient.

Convenient location to amenities. The only big problem was that our friends who stayed up stairs were not happy because it was so hot because the a/c didn’t reach the upper level. So our friends in the 2 upper bedrooms slept aweful for 5 nights and were upset because of the heat.it was 76 upstairs and 96 outsider.so they would never come again to this house.

Another great stay at October Glory. We love staying here. Vincent makes sure everything is taken care of . Appreciate all the little things that are stocked and the thought and care into the renters stay so it is comfortable. Love the new over the door hooks in master bedroom. Always clean and ready. Vincent is very quick to reply to all questions. The only thing we missed was the american flag on the front of the house when we pulled up! We always identified the house by that! Thanks for another great visit. Very appreciative of all! We will be back soon!
