We fell in love with The Warren as soon as we visited. Named for its unique layout over three floors, The Warren is a stunning modern townhouse tucked away in the heart of Kendal town centre.brbrThe building has a natural slate roof covering, and as it is modern, it is very cosy with double glazed bespoke timber-framed windows and external doors and high insulation levels. The Warren is carpeted and has recessed LED downlights throughout the spacious rooms, and tall ceilings give the space a lovely light and bright feel without losing any of its homeliness.brbrThere is undercover parking for two cars in the garage with a car turntable to turn your car around. Please note the turntable can only be used with one car. The courtyard is relatively narrow, with no additional onsite parking, but there is a pay and display car park close by that is free between 6 pm - 8 am.brbrDownstairs is the first bedroom, which is very spacious with a SuperKing Zip & Link bed, large mirrored wardrobes, and a chest of drawers. There is plenty of space to keep all of your layers for the weather of the Lake District! Next to the bedroom is a lovely study area, and from this room, there is access to the downstairs loo and basin.brbrTwelve carpeted stairs, with a handrail, lead you up to the first-floor landing.
