What a wonderful property!!! Beautiful inside and out. Seamless check in experience and some lovely treats awaiting too. Kendal is so easy to access from the property and the supermarket nearby is a bonus!! Totally recommend

This is close to being a perfect holiday house. It's a real home from home. I could happily live here. The back steps need fixing. The view from front rooms is gorgeous. It's in a lovely part of town, with short pretty walks to all amenities.

I love this house. A real home from home and good value in the winter. It's in a convenient position, a short walk from the town centre, bus and train stations and cinema, etc. Also easy to drive out of Kendal in the direction of the Lake District.

Stayed here with our 1 year old and can’t rate the property highly enough, everything was very well equipped and clean, beds were comfy and the view across the valley is perfect! Whilst there is no allocated parking space the permit does allow on street parking and we always managed to find a space. Overall a great stay and I’m sure we will return in future!

Lovely cottage. Well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean. The early checkout (9am) combined with stripping beds and emptying the rubbish seems a little excessive and leads to early start on last day (girls 10 & 14 not too happy!), but we're living in strange times. As we live in strange times, we have to appreciate the way things are. Understandably Beech House is minus a few comforts due to the Covid situation. However, this did not detract on what an amazing property this is. Our family we're very comfortable and very happy. The views spoilt us daily and as we did, spent some time gazing at what beauty the Lake District holds. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Pros: Great location with spectacular views and well equipped house; warm and cosy. Cons: only 1 toilet which is within the only bathroom. - tricky for 3 people let alone 5. Whilst main double bed is very comfortable others are not - they need equivalent memory foam toppers. Unfortunately we've found this is a common problem with many holiday lets. My wife, baby and me wanted a quiet week away with plenty to do if needed. We got that and also the peaceful setting of the house. Very impressed and we had a great time. The extra COVID elements weren’t too much of a hassle. The sofas in the lounge weren’t the most comfortable in the evening but nothing a couple of pillows and duvet cover couldn’t sort. Very good travel cot and high chair for our baby’s first holiday. We would come back x Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
