Near Todd is a dog-friendly spacious modern barn conversion property set over three levels with plenty of space and a private sheltered garden area. Families and couples will find Near Todd a comfortable and convenient base for all sorts of active, or relaxing holidays. We love the fresh, modern feel of the rooms which have oak furnishings and have been decorated in a range of muted, relaxing tones, enhanced with lots of great artwork and decorative touches. Outside, there is a sheltered furnished patio and enclosed garden area, and a secure utility room for storage of bikes etc.brbrThis property is wonderfully positioned in quiet countryside, within easy reach of Kendal and the main route into the Lake District. Near Todd is one of a small development of similar properties, accessed via a tarmacked lane surrounded by farm fields.brbrEnter into the hallway to access the kitchen and lounge areas. The country-style kitchen is very well equipped and ergonomically designed for ease of use. The lounge area is a great sociable space that has a lovely light and airy feel and is comfortably furnished with a corner sofa and additional easy chairs. The dining table is handily positioned in the lounge, just a few steps from the kitchen. Step out through the patio doors to the patio and garden and enjoy a refreshing drink al fresco as you breathe in that clean Lake District air.brbrUpstairs to all the bedrooms. On the first floor is a bedroom with Kingsize bed and views towards the rolling hills. The other bedroom is a twin room with jolly decor and ideal for children.
