The kitchen is not ADA compliant in terms of counter height (36) or clearance under counters. There is a Japanese-style ground floor bath where one can roll right into the shower. The vanity is wall-hung and has 11” of floor clearance but is not fully ADA compliant. There are no grab bars by the toilet or shower. The sofa is in fact a large day bed, so two people could sleep here in lieu of going upstairs to the bedrooms.
