Harper House Downtown Mystic Romantic Weekend Getaway

Clean, fresh, modern furnishings. Size of rooms were good. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Could do with a mirror in bedroom.

Property was beautiful, extremely clean and comfortable and an ideal location that was walking distance from downtown Mystic. Host was communicative and no issues with arrival or departure. Would happily stay there again!

I don’t know where to begin. The unit was amazing; very clean, roomy and had everything we needed. Location was ideal, so many places within walking distance.

Great location and fun place to stay with everything we needed. Great neighborhood to walk and see the beautiful old homes of Mystic. We were not expecting an apartment above (noise travels through old wooden floors) but luckily other renters weren't noisy. Would stay again!

Great little place short walk to downtime. Perfect amount of space for a couple. Newly renovated and very charming. Well appointed appliances and furniture. Great decor. Bathroom and shower were great. Thanks for the bottle of wine, we took it on our river cruise.

Apartment was very clean, modern and spacious with off street parking. Just steps from the downtown. Would highly recommend this property for your stay in Mystic.

Lovely place, convenient, clean, comfortable and centrally located. The only issue we had was the guests above us had children and they were up early everyday and running over our heads.

This host doesn't like any questions- had trouble with code getting in- he didn't like text, listed dishwasher, no dishwasher, didn't like the text, had to cancel last 3 nts on 17 nt booking within lots of time- didn't like that. He called the police to get us out! If things aren't perfect, hope you don't need to text. A host is an important part of your stay.

The apartment was beautiful, centrally located and clean. The bed was so comfortable! I want to thank the owners for being so accommodating with our check in and bag situation. I would highly recommend a stay in this wonderful apartment.

Great home and location. Historic on the outside, modern and comfortable on the inside. Within easy walking distance of downtown Mystic shops and restaurants.

My wife and I have a beautiful stay in Mystic at the Harper House #8 celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The unit was clean, comfortable and a short walk to town. Would recommend staying hear and wouldn't hesitate booking again. Bonus a king size bed but knew that going in.

Overall a great experience, you could to most anything. Mystic is a cute little town to visit. The rental was cute and comfortable old historic apartment in a home.

This unit was perfectly situation at the end of the Main Street. We were able to walk to a lot of different places like Sift Bake Shop and many shops. I would say investing in a full length mirror would be a good improvement as well as thicker ply toilet paper.

The apartment was beautiful & very conveniently located.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay in the quaint seaside town of Mystic made so much better by chic, well appointed accommodations. Literally walking distance from the Museum, an impressive Bakery and so many charming shops in the Historic District, the location couldn't have been better, offering private parking, which we found was a premium amenity. This was our second year staying at this vacation house. Our first time was on the top floor which we enjoyed and set a great expectation for this year on the first floor. Well stocked with everything needed, we cooked a few quality meals with ease; savored the complimentary wine; kicked back and watched movies a couple of evenings. Next year when we return, we'll consider ourselves regulars!

We loved our stay at Harper House. The beautifully appointed accommodation plus the walkability to downtown was the perfect combination. Never had to worry about finding a parking space!

The apartment is lovely. Very clean and recently updated, so walls, floors, rugs, etc in great condition. Plenty of bath towels, large shower, kitchen well-appointed for our stay. Two tvs, comfy couch and loves that we each had a rack for our suitcases! Easy walk to downtown Mystic. Because it’s a very old house, it’s a little loud, but that didn’t really bother us. Great find and thanks for the bottle of wine!!

One of the best VRBOs we've rented. Owners did a great job renovating the property, in spite of the fact that nothing is square or plumb. The A/C splits are awesome and work great. Our stay was a delight. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property. Thank you

This was a fantastic property. Super clean and comfortable bed. The location is very close to the main street and great restaurants. Parking was easy. Would stay here again!
