Snow removal by this company can take place during or after storms once snow has reached 6-10 and will take place once every 24 hours each time it reaches 6”-10”. We do not have exact times of clearing and they could take place anytime during the night or day.brAt times, Tahoe can receive large amounts of snow in a short amount of time. When this happens, it slows down response times for the County to remove snow from the streets, as well as for private companies, which clear our driveways. So, there may be a possibility that more snow may have accumulated in the 24 hour period since the last clearing. If on your check out morning or check-in time and this is the case, having 4 wheel drive with chains will allow for you to enter and exit the property timely. brWe do supply shovels to assist you getting in and out, should you not be fully equipped with chains and 4 wheel drive. It’s important to understand this, due to snow removal being done on an “as soon as possible” schedule. You and/ or your guests will MOST LIKELY HAVE TO SHOVEL certain areas of the property when needed. Shovels are located in the garage and are meant for snow removal only. Please do not allow children to play with these shovels as they get left outside and covered by snow.brWe want to ensure that this information allows you to check out timely.
