Outdoors there is a newly refinished pool & hot tub, bbq, bocce ball and cornhole and inside there is a large kitchen/living room a game room/gym with pool table, darts, spin bike and tension bands.brbrPOOL|SPA:brPool: $100/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee).brSpa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. brGas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time.
