The décor features both modern artwork and movie posters from The Golden Age of Hollywood. brbrOur home is located across the street from the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood, offering Southern and Western views of the gorgeous San Jacinto mountains. The Pool and Jacuzzi overlook the amazing views and are the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Palm Springs and the many Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Furniture district, Casinos, and the Cabazon Premium outlets. It’s a quiet and very tranquil area, ideal for walking and seeing many of the iconic mid-century modern homes that Palm Springs is known for. Great hiking trails and lots of local attractions to see, all close to the property! brbrThe Great Room is the center of all activity. Under its 12-foot-high ceiling is the living room with gas fireplace, kitchen with a huge island, dining room, and multiple conversation areas. It connects the primary bedroom, guest wing and outside areas. brbrOutside the Great Room is the pool/spa on one side of the home, and a private shady area in back. The pool/spa side of the home has an outdoor dining table, chaise lounges and comfortable couch and chairs around the firepit, all offering incredible views of the peak of San Jacinto and the surrounding mountains. Ask us to heat the pool for a nominal fee of $95 a day in the winter months, (December through end of March), and $60 a day for the rest of the year. This fee also includes heating the Jacuzzi.brbrThere are 2 private suites. The primary suite is connected by a foyer to the Great Room. The bedroom is roomy and features 12-foot-high ceilings, a King bed, sit/stand desk, and 55” TV. The private bathroom is also large, with double sinks, a large tub, large walk-in shower, water closet and a large walk-in closet. brbrAcross the Great Room, is the guest wing. The Jr. Suite also contains a King bed, 50” TV, private ensuite with double sinks, walk-in shower and water closet. The 3rd bathroom features a Queen bed and, hidden in the closet, are a dresser and TV.
