This quiet neighborhood is also near the Metro station, NOHO Arts District, the Television Academy and trendy eateries and shopping on Ventura Blvd. A short drive takes you to downtown LA, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, West LA, Santa Monica and LAX.brbrThe open and airy design includes a large office, family room, two generous sized bedrooms, master bath and central hall bath with original tile.
