NoHo Toluca Lake Luxury Near Universal Studios

My wife and I have stayed at this property several times: before our daughter’s wedding, just ahead of our grandson’s birth, and most recently for a full month while we cared for him as our daughter returned to work.The home is exactly as advertised—clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and very safe (gated and well lit). The young couple who live up front are wonderful: friendly, responsive, and consistently helpful. Their two pups are rarely out, but when they are, they’re sweet and well behaved.The location is terrific. Toluca Lake’s grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. Tujunga Village is just a few minutes away, and in all our stays we’ve never waited more than five minutes for an Uber. Deliveries have always been seamless.While caring for our five-month-old grandson, we took several stroller walks each day around the block. At the end of the street, a Porsche garage keeps its bay doors open, the mechanic quick with a wave. Across from it sits a charming independent bookstore—so cinematic that a film crew shot there during our stay. Around the corner, 3 or 4 elders gather outside a small cigar shop, giving the area a friendly, watched-over feel.We’ve enjoyed many nearby meals, but Twin Castle—a beloved local donut and burger shop—may be our sentimental favorite. Cecilia couldn’t be sweeter.As you can tell, this isn’t just a review. Over the past couple of years, this home has become part of our family’s story.

Easy check in and out. Rental was clean and in a great area. We had some parking issues but Cari handled it right away. We would recommend this rental.

Honestly you couldn't ask for a better host, property and neighbors when staying here. The unit is absolutely comfortable and functional. The location is great! Ive stayed a few times here and I will continue to return based on my experiences there!!

Great stay!!! Very easy and close to Universal Studios, 7 minutes. Some closer restaurants in North Hollywood to go to for dinner. Space was clean, beds were comfy, and kitchen was well stocked. Cari was responsive.

The check in and out was seamless. It is a beautiful apartment in the perfect location for our week. The beds and furniture were all comfortable. Loved the free parking!

This was a fantastic home base while we were in Burbank. Clean, secure, with a lovely back patio. I would highly recommend this VRBO, and I’m picky ;)

Cari was super responsive and addressed questions/issues right away. Location is great in Studio City. We had a great stay, it’s like having your own little apartment in a gated area. It was quiet, clean, updated and grounds are nicely kept. Would definitely stay again.

Our Host did an amazing job making our stay comfortable and pleasant. The back yard is adorable. The proprrty was extremely clean and nicely furnished! The Kitchen was equipped with everything and anything you would need!Off street parking was a bonus and the location suited our plans perfectly!

Picked this place due to proximity to Universal Studios and it did not disappoint. It was just the right place for our family of 5 and would definitely stay here again.

I've stayed in a lot of VRBO properties in the US, Canada and Europe and this is one of the best - well decorated, attractive, clean and well organized with amenities of a real home. The icing on the cake is that the owner provided great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the LA area.

Our stay was wonderful and perfect for what we needed. We spent a couple days at Universal Studios and this property was a comfortable place to stay away from the park within easy driving distance. We were immediately pleased with how clean and nicely things were set up. Communication was also top notch! 10/10!

This space was perfect for our stay. Clean, as described, great linens AND very tastefully decorated. It doesn’t just photograph well like so many properties. It is as first class as it looks.
