The living area, dining room, and large kitchen are all on the top floor. The living room has a rich sofa and love seat which face the wall-mounted 55' High Definition smart TV that enables you to access various apps including Netflix, Hulu, etc. It is the epitome of comfort for the family night or that important football game. The house has a new central air conditioning and heating system. There is a huge deck that wraps around the entire upper floor of the home with a ramp for your pooch to wander safely into the enclosed 6' high chain link fenced dog run. The dog run is more like an entire back yard. The bottom floor has a large family room with a lazy boy sofa and love seat, pool table and a 42 flat screen TV. There is a huge laundry room and one bedroom, (Brand new Queen size memory foam bed and 1 bunk-bed) and a bathroom on the bottom floor.
