In addition to the large master located on the east side of the home, there is a split floor plan guest quarters on the west side of the home with an attached bathroom that has it's own patio located off french doors. This space has added privacy and is nice for separate guest privacy. brbrAll homes are cleaned and sanitized by 2 to 3 cleaners for approximately 4 to 5 hours hours between guests.brbr* We have exterior outdoor security cameras at the front, sides and at the rear corners of the property (south, west, east and north corners in case there are any complaints. They are only used if a complaint is given from a neighbor about noise or a large number of people are entering the property.brbrNOTE ABOUT POOL HEATINGbrDuring the late Fall and Winter months (October 15 - May 15) the pool is constantly heated. However, due to overnight temperature drops the pool may require a pool cover be applied during the nighttime hours in order to keep the pool 80 to 85 degrees. This is typically done in December-February. Pool cover service (cover applied at night and removed in the morning) is included and handled by a service with a flexible schedule for the guest. However the guest can have the option to handle the cover themselves and would need to be discussed with the host. brbrProper pool cover application is important and widely used in Arizona because of the low overnight desert temperatures which drops the pool water temperature by several degrees. Using the pool cover overnight maintains the temperature while the heat pump runs.brbrHOT TUBbrWe have an above ground hot tub. The above ground hot tub was purchased new in 2024. It offers residents a secure, comfortable resort style lifestyle set in the rugged beauty of the high Sonoran desert. You won’t be disappointed!!brbrHouse sits at about 2600ft elevation which really helps in the summer months roughly 6-7 degrees cooler than downtown Scottsdale. brbrAmenities covered: Water, Sewer, Electricity, Trash, yard maintenance, weekly pool/spa maintenance. brbrPlease note. For months June, July, Aug & Sept we require the tenant put the electrical bill in their name for their stay. This is to ensure the AC units are used efficiently and not just running 100% of the time whether someone is there or not. The house is fully equipped for vacation or business.brbrYour Villa has everything you require for a long-term stay in a neighborhood full of local attractions. The house is comfortable, fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, linens (including extra towels for swimming), sheets and comforters. The center of the house is a great room, with 15 foot ceilings, a large, sectional sofa to curl up on for relaxation and TV (with cable and internet), music or socializing. Our three bedrooms are comfortably furnished with adjustable beds in two bedrooms, walk in closet in the MBR. Both bathrooms are finished with granite and tile. brbrOur guests love to spend time in the private yard and garden, with comfortable outdoor furniture, armchairs, table and chairs. We provide a patio heater for cool evenings and lounge chairs for the diving-depth pool. Pool and landscape maintenance, of course. Pool heating to 82 degrees is optional at $50 per night extra charge from October 1 through April 30. We will query you a week before arrival and bill you for the additional charge. Long term renters can elect to pay for gas (used only for pool heating) directly. brbrOur Villa is located next to the Scottsdale Greenbelt - a 20 mile park extending from Tempe Town Lake (with little boats, kayaks and paddle boards) to the South to North Scottsdale. It contains miles of walking and biking trails, golf courses, lakes, sports, play and picnicking facilities. We provide some bikes and golf clubs for your casual use. You will be just South of Old Town Scottsdale, in easy walking distance to the Scottsdale Civic Center, Scottsdale Stadium and dozens of restaurants, bars, entertainment venues and attractions. You can easily walk to get coffee, visit a local sports bar, trendy bar locations, brunch restaurants, drugstore and other venues.
