Please note that we do have video/audio surveillance cameras located outside the home in the front and side entry areas. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard. There is a strict noise ordinance in Phoenix Quiet hours are 10pm-8am. We also require the names and ages of ALL guests who enter our property in writing on the contract.
