The house is located in a gated community on canals that lead out to the Colorado river. It is nicely located just off the main canal making for easy access to the river. The canals are 5 mph which makes for safe mooring of your boats and PWCs. It also makes for safe swimming or floating on rafts. The house has it's own private 50' dock right in front of the house. There are 2 levels of patio area. The main patio is at the water level. The second patio is off the second floor. The view from the second floor is towards the mountains and the large water area of the main canal where it forks. The house faces East giving it the advantage of afternoon shade during the hottest part of the day, but sun worshipers can still get the sun on the upper patio.
