Feel free to ask what the most recent status of the hot tub is.brbrHot tub is only for guests ages 16 & up.brPlease limit the hot tub to a maximum of 4 people at a time.brOnly adjust the hot tub by using the touchpad (to raise/lower the temperature, or turn the jets on/off). brDo not manually turn any valves, knobs, etc inside the spa -- that's usually how it gets broken.brbrPool heat is included during the cooler months when it's needed (October-April).brWhen using pool heat, we also have a thermal bubble cover that needs be used anytime you're not in the pool, to prevent heat from escaping.brWe reserve the right to charge up to $25 per day for pool heat if the bubble cover is not being used, as this would significantly increase our heating costs. Our pool company monitors the temperature and can control the pool equipment remotely via a digital app.brbrAdditionally, the type of pool heater we have (a heat pump) does a great job of keeping the pool warm, but it's can take a couple of days to re-heat the pool if it were left uncovered. The heat pump requires an outside temperature of at least 50 degrees (F) to operate. Only occasionally will we see the temperature drop below 50 degrees (it happens on some winter nights, and then warms above 50 during the daytime and the heat pump resumes).brbrWe have a digitally controlled misting system for the backyard patio.brThis can lower the outdoor patio temperature by as much as 15-20 degrees, making it comfortable to sit outside when it gets hot in the summer!brbrOur neighborhood in Augusta Ranch is a quiet, residential golf course community.brThe neighbors are friendly although they mostly keep to themselves. It's considered one of the safest neighborhoods around, and this home is positioned to have barely any through-traffic.brbrOur House Manual provides a list of recommended restaurants nearby.brbrThe home is 25 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and 15 minutes from Mesa-Gateway Airport.brbrGetting aroundbrIt is recommended that you have your own car if you'll be traveling around the Phoenix area or beyond.brIf you'll be staying in Mesa/Gilbert/Apache Junction you can do fine with a ride-sharing service (e.g., Uber, Lyft) because almost everything is within 20 minutes of the home!brThere is off-street parking for up to 4 cars: 2 cars in the garage and 2 additional cars on the driveway.brIf you have day guests, please ask them to park on the driveway, rather than the street (the community has restrictions on street parking and will ticket).brbrThe house is located less than 1.5 miles from both the US 60 and Loop 202 freeways, which gives easy access to Mesa, Gilbert, and Apache Junction within 15 minutes, Chandler and Queen Creek within 20 minutes, as well as Scottsdale, Tempe and Phoenix within 30 minutes.brbrThis rental is licensed with Arizona TPT #21328996

Relax in the oasis backyard by the pool or bask in the sun on one of the lounge chairs next to our hand painted Arizona wall mural. If you have a little bit of a treasure hunter in you, scan the shores and metal detect around the Salt River as well. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are all in one large open room for gatherings. The backyard can comfortably have 15 people outside. There are 3 pool loungers, 2 tables for 4 people with umbrellas and an additional table under the patio for 4 more! There is a built in grill just next to the pool. While grilling you can enjoy everyone's company while they are in the pool or sitting at a table outside. Plenty of parking is available; best case scenario: 7 cars fit at the property. (3 in garage and 4 on the driveway) Overflow parking is at the golf course .8 miles away (2 min) br*No overnight street parking.brSorry, no pets allowed.*brbrThe private pool can be HEATED! Optional Pool Heat is $400 good for up to 7 days. ($50/day after) Please confirm 1 week or so in advance to verify the pool heat is on and paid for. *Pool and Spa can NOT heat at the same time. *Call Corey on his cell (don't text) to turn the spa on remotely. This information is provided in the House Manual. brbrWe offer pool heat for a fee all winter. br1.
