The Guest is responsible for the full cost that may be due for repair and/or replacement of the Pool or Scooters that is required as a result of negligence by the Guest or the Guest's occupants or guests. The Guest must operate the Pool and Scooters in a safe, responsible manner. If Guest believes that the Pool or Scooters are unsafe at any time for any reason, then Guest should not use the Pool or Scooters or allow anyone else to use the Pool or Scooters.brbr9. The Guest understands that the Pool and Scooters are strictly an amenity and that the use of this amenity is not guaranteed under the Terms of Service. Any interruption or non-availability of the use of the Pool and Scooters will not violate any terms of the Terms of Service.brbr10.
